In order to continue offering the best possible scheduling options for our guests, we require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the services booked. No call/no shows are charged 100% of services booked. If your payment is declined, you will be unable to book your next appointment until the debt is settled with your stylist.
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please contact your stylist within 7 days and we are happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we accept retail exchanges at full store credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
We happily service the children of existing guests. Pricing is the same, regardless of age of guest being serviced.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, guests should arrive alone. Additional people who are not being serviced will be asked to wait outside the building.
