Your time is valuable to us. We Guarantee to start your service within 10 minutes of your appointment (or notify you of unforeseen delay no less than 30 mins prior to your reserved time) or your next cut is on us.
We understand life happens. Please let us know ASAP if you cannot make your appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Cancellation fee applies if cancelling within 48 business hours of service time. We allow 7 minute grace period after scheduled time. Failure to notify us that you are running late or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in cancellation fee. If payment does not clear, you will be unable to schedule a new appointment until previous late/no show fee is paid.
