I'm a "military kid" who moved to Georgia to be closer to family AND to escape harsh midwest winters (the wind there literally hurts!)
I am a hair color, cut, keratin treatment and tape-in extension specialist with almost 30 years experience on all hair textures behind the chair. Two things set me apart from other stylists;
1. Before we get started, I will conduct a thorough consultation to identify your goals, boundaries, needs, challenges etc. I will not touch your hair until we both feel good about next steps and I've answered all of your questions.
2. I explain everything that I'm doing and the why behind it. The reason for that, is that I will likely only see you roughly 6 times a year, the other 359 days, you're on your own. to look great. Since your hair is my walking billboard, I do my best to make sure you're equipped with all of the knowledge and tools you need to look great between visits.
My happy place is creating fantasy colors (I call it "unicorn hair") which is the thing I'd do every day for FREE if money were no object! To be fair, I love the challenge of hair color in general, including creating lived in color magic from old grown out hair color, adding "peek-a-boo" pops of color with your natural hair or tape-ins, grey coverage AND I excel at corrective color! When cutting, I enjoy shaggy, highly texturized haircuts, pixie cuts, long layers and alternative looks. My goal is to provide a relaxing, inclusive salon experience in a no judgement zone.
When I'm not working, you'll find me road tripping with my hubby, listening to true crime or business building podcasts, or hanging with my close family. A nap near the ocean is my favorite thing on earth!
